Refund/Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Artiish Essence. We strive to provide you with the best service and support. If you need to exchange your order or request a return , please review our policy below.

 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivered date.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them with all accessories.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's processing times or as store credit to facilitate your next purchase.

 

Shipping Costs

• The refund amount will be transferred to you with an amount of ₹150/- as return/exchange charges to cover packaging charges, which include delivery fees.

 

Damaged or defected iteams

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
